It was in earnest a week to remember, back in November 2016, when we launched PA&Co—ännu en kokbok (PA&Co—another cookbook) at our beloved PA&Co restaurant here i Stockholm, and celebrated our legend regular bistro’s 30-year annyversary party — an unforgettable extravaganza (well, every detail may not be crystal clear…).
PA&Co—ännu en kokbok is of course our second book for our beloved regular haunt, after long our of print classic PA&Co—mer än en kokbok (PA&Co—more than a cookbook), published on occasion of the 20-year anniversary back in 2006. In that book, I recounted the wild history of PA&Co and its background in contemporary Stockholm restaurant and nightlife history, available for download as e-book.
