Modesty may be a virtue but we must claim that our first cookbook for PA&Co, launched for our dear legend regular local Stockholm bistro’s 20-year anniversary back in 2008 is a true classic — a much influential bestseller that received several prestigious awards, including Cookbook of the Year from Sweden’s gastronomic academy, generating voluminous publicity.
